Teleworking, a new challenge for HR directors

With the COVID-19, the government has encouraged companies to focus on teleworking. In only two months of confinement, the widespread use of telework has shown its effectiveness and reduced the reticence to adopt this new organizational mode. Many companies are now considering developing it, or even making it durable. However, telework is not a model suitable for all employees or employers.

It creates new challenges in terms of the company digitization and management. The human, organisational and economic impacts of the crisis will be considerable and HR directors will play a key role to support organizations and their employees in these new professional practices.
